• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.


Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Financial Analyst will support finance and all related departments throughout the company.

• Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
• Maintain and develop various financial model and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the budget planning process, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review
• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) business unit analysis by being the first point of contact for issues and questions
• Assist with the business process and work with the Finance and Business Managers
• Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.
• Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties.
• Identify non-value-added processes within the department and seek solutions
• Provide support and back up for company purchasing requirements to include the creation and execution of purchase orders with the appropriate vendors
• Support the tracking of purchase orders and confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs
• Troubleshoot reconciliation of any discrepancies to ensure records are pristine to support internal and external audits.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Other duties as assigned.
