• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics or related field
• 8+ years relevant experience in federal contracting.
• Thorough understanding of the requirements of applicable government regulations.
• Familiarity with various contract types (FFP, FPLOE, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M, GSA Schedule, BPA, IDIQ and Commercial schedules).
• Working knowledge of Cost Estimating Systems, profitability analysis, basis of estimate development and cost/price modeling in excel.
• Experience with pricing strategy development.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a schedule driven environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, with advanced excel skills.


The position will report to the CFO and will be in our Vienna headquarters office. Candidate must be able to function in a fast-paced proposal environment and collaborate with capture and proposal teams to develop pricing and win strategies while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence. Candidate will also provide ongoing financial analysis support to project teams for existing contract, and to CFO for corporate financial initiatives.

• Develop pricing for proposal submissions to ensure compliance with RFP requirements, policies and procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards and Truth in Negotiations Act.
• Work in partnership with proposal and capture teams, business management, contracts/subcontracts management and line management to develop winning price/cost strategies and produce high-quality, cost-effective pricing submissions.
• Interact with and provide value-add analysis and recommendations to all levels within the company during proposal development; participate in all levels of proposal reviews.
• Analyze solicitations to determine proposal requirements and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure that cost/price proposal components are accurate and responsive to solicitation requirements.
• Prepare proposal price utilizing various tools to include Microsoft excel
• Maintain complete files to include required supporting documentation.
• Support Government and internal cost/price audits.
• Support line management on existing contracts with ongoing financial analysis and support including but not limited to burn rates, modification funding requirements, GSA IFF funding, and subcontractor cost management.
• Support the CFO with corporate financial initiative as assigned
• Serve as backup to Controller and accounting team for invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
