EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BS/BA in Accounting. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate environment.
• CPA or MBA required – public accounting desirable
• Excellent working knowledge of PC and network environments and advanced knowledge of Excel required; experience with general ledger applications, and reporting tools (IBM Cognos or TM1) required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L analysis and understanding of GAAP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) required to interact well with senior management and others from various levels.
• Ability to handle multiple complex tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail
• Customer service focused
• Experience working with both domestic and international operating units preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will focus on reporting and analysis of financial results and assist with financial planning for various corporate infrastructure departments within the organization. The position will also support other monthly close processes, GL managment and Ad hoc projects. This person will report to the NACA Sr. Manager and will closely interact with financial system support and senior management from various corporate departments.

• Prepare monthly management review report package for Corporate departments (H/R, Legal, IT, Marketing, etc.) to analyze and explain variances between actual results and budget/forecasts.
• Assist with Annual Budget and Quarterly re-forecast updates for corporate departments.
• Assist with quarterly corporate allocations updates and review allocation entries.
• Prepare consolidated analysis reports and presentations on budget, forecast and actuals Corporate departments.
• Interface with Financial system support team to maintain and update reporting hierarchy in TM1.
• Analyze key corporate spending activities including but not limited to: Investment spend, consolidated special charges and etc.
• Prepare monthly entries and consolidated roll-forwards for RIF and special charges activities.
• Assist with periodic audit request and preparation of 10Q and 10K disclosures as assigned.
• Assist with other Ad hoc reporting and projects for corporate accounting processes.
