Recruiting Manager, Finance/Accounting

This is a Full-time position in Vienna, VA posted March 8, 2018.


• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field required
• 4+ years of experience in Hospitality Industry or Retail preferred
• Organizational skills and a capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting industry is a plus
• Team Player with good analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Previous sales experience is a plus

• Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, LinkedIn, Social Media, internet and direct contact.
• Collaborate with management and the rest of the team to fully understand the client’s hiring needs.
• Submit candidates, providing appropriate information needed to simplify hiring decisions, including salary recommendations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up activities.
• Guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiation.
• Coordinate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.
• Connect with candidates and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain relationships
• Stay aware of current recruiting trends and recommend creative strategies and process-improvements to meet company goals.
• Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to introduce new clients to the value of AtlasAdvancement to create a relationship and encourage them to use our professional staffing services.
• Continuously expand the client base through ongoing Marketing.
• Stay abreast of current staffing trends and recommend creative strategies to facilitate continued new business development.
